Juan Ruíz came on a Saturday to fix my A/C. Temporarily until a new a/c unit arrived to replace. He also made sure the plumbing on the sink was working right even clearead the pipes to improve the water pressure as well as replace the floater on the toilet.
Nice neighborhood. Maintenance is very efficient with the requests submitted . Always very easy and quick to resolve any slight inconvenience that takes place .
Easy online process. There was an issue with shower called management and maintenance was there very quickly. Thank you
