Literally 1st Place property in Kerr County. Something to be proud of. Clean, beautiful, and very well maintained apartment complex. Everyone is so nice and it’s a very safe environment. 5 star rating for sure!

Outstanding place to reside. The apartments are clean and spacious. Most importantly the staff is excellent, particularly the manager, Nina. We highly recommend.
I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here almost 2 years. The staff are all awesome and friendly. If something needs repaired they are prompt to fix things.
