I want to give a shout out and a 5 star rating to Sam the maintenance man at Rio Verde Apartments. He is often behind the scenes fixing issues and doing repairs or helping to keep our complex clean and tidy. He always goes above and beyond to make sure he can find the problem…
I found the perfect place to live!!! Been here 8 months and from day 1 Michelle the manager is super friendly and welcoming. Sam and Brenda are always very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this beautiful place Rio Verde Apts.
Lilly in the office is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She goes above and beyond. The apts are gorgeous and spacious. The property is super clean and it has very well kept landscaping. Lots of parking. I loved it.
Had one of the best apartment living experiences during our time here. So happy to have called Rio Verde apartments home and kudos to the team…Michelle, Brenda and Sam for making it possible!
Have been here since June and absolutely love it. Beautiful grounds and amenities with a great manager, Michelle. Sam, the maintenance man, cannot be beat! Highly recommend.
