Most of the people are friendly and the apartments are well insulated
It is a nice place to be if you are still independent. They have lots of rules and regulations, and as long as you follow those there's no problem. The rent is according to your income and so my two friends pay about $300 and $360 a month. A nice quiet place and clean.
Price is different when you get there then the internet by about 3-4 hundred dollars
