Super clean and modern facilities. Great location in NWA for HWY 49 access and the razorback greenway. Kristana was so helpful and kind with the application process. I showed up for an impromptu tour and ended up applying and securing my unit before I left.
Living at 49 West has been a great experience so far. Brad and Kristana are always helpful and attentive. I love the location, it's a peaceful and quiet area of Rogers. Nice amenities as well like the pool and gym.
