Fabulous location and landlord! I'm so thankful i found this place after Hurricane Helene and my relocation to TK, TX. John is very professional. The apts are clean and bug free. The neighbors are peaceful and calm. Highly recommend to any and every one in the area.
Here as a tenant I have been enjoying my stay at college park, the neighbors or very polite and respectful, the landlord is optimistic every time we speak, as long as you pay rent on time and be responsible, the stay here is unique Quiet and peaceful..
