The Bend has a very responsive team. They are polite and cooperative and take fast action whenever there is a concern. Clean, manicured lawns and quiet and respectful neighbors. If you have a pet, this is the place -- very pet friendly with responsible pet owners.
super sweet and helpful office staff. maintenance is fast and easy to work with. would love it even more if they had wood floors but other than that the apartment itself is very nice and space. not overpriced for what they have to offer unlike most complexes now.
