I don’t know what they are paid but give Wayne (and the other maintenance/services/repair people) a raise. They do their job and do it well. Having people like that is what keeps renters around and paying.
Love the maintenance team here and especially Wayne! He has always promptly taken care of any request within 24-48 hrs. Always friendly and makes my day “Waynederful”!
