Quiet and clean place. The management ( Don and Jen) are super professional, helpful and also very kind and understanding. I have not had a problem since I moved In. Parking is always sufficient. The rent price is very affordable. I recommend this complex
Very clean and friendly apartments. Best location in Brenham! Highly recommend these apartments!
Over priced monthly rent. They are now allowing anyone to move in just for rent dollars. Outside maintenance is ok but interior repairs upkeep not good.
