I’ve been living here for a couple years now. I love it here! Maintenance is always here within a day or two when I need something. Bug guy comes often for preventative maintenance but we have Never had a bug problem here. AC works, water gets hot fast, what more does one need…

I have only lived here for five months but have loved every minute of it. Reata West seems, to me, to be a community rather than just an apartment complex.
The complex seems very quiet. Always have different events for residents to attend and mingle. Prompt with questions and concerns. Grounds are well taken care of.
We were looking to move here, my best friend lives here to told us about the pool being closed 99.9% of the time and the loud neighbors next door and when my friend told them they did absolutely nothing and or no emails back from them. The hallways outside are disgusting full…
