Requirements
Switch to Ambit
Customer must switch to Ambit from another energy provider
Submit Your Final Bill
Send a copy of your final bill showing the Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) from your previous provider to correction@ambitenergy.com
Receive Your Credit
Ambit will apply a bill credit of up to $250 within two billing cycles of receiving your final bill
Important Eligibility Notes
- TXU, Express, 4Change, Veterans, and Tri-Eagle customers are not eligible
- This offer is for residential customers only
- Must enroll in a 12-month or longer term plan
