I love that the owner came down to my apartment himself to make sure my needs were met. Definitely the only apartment that makes me feel like I'm important and that my needs were important as well.
Easy move in (everything can be electronically done) pool cleaned weekly, Lawn mowed weekly, manager accessible through text or office visits.
The manager is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is excellent, and there when you need him. It's just a great place to live in Bay City.

I don't understand how this complex is rated almost 5 stars! The place is dirty run down and doesn't look safe! We were thinking about relocating to here but after seeing them we didn't even go in
