I drove through and this is turning into a very nice neighborhood. The houses are beautiful and nicely built. I'd love to see more green space in these developments because the country here in Kaufman is so beautiful.

I wouldn't buy a house here if you want to have reliable HVAC. I've had nothing but issues with the company Bloomfield chose to use for installations and warranty repairs. They have no idea what they're doing and are not interested in making things right when they screw up.
