I moved here about 3 months ago, and I absolutely love it! I looked at multiple apartments here In Palestine, and they are the only place in town that not only did I feel safe, but it also comes with garage option. The pool is nice as well. I would refer anyone to live here.

Have lived here for over a year and we love it. The property is SO nice. Maintenance is always quick to get things done for us and will actually solve any issues we may run into. Stephanie is the sweetest apartment manager I have personally ever dealt with. We love it here!

Love these apartments. so many great things and definitely the nicest in Palestine. Office staff is very friendly, as well as maintenance. They keep up these apartments with routine maintenance and timely is you need a them for anything.
