Awesome place. Has recreation games. Laundry facility is great. Only one lift but enough staircases in every section of the building. Trash dump are is well maintained too. Mailboxes are well maintained. Communication about packages received is prompt. Accessible to man…

Great place to live as a 1st year grad student. Right in the heart of the beautiful Boulevard Oaks neighborhood (extremely safe, 10-15 min walk to campus)
Overpriced and old, it should be reconstructed. Definitely opt for RVA if you're seeking a better quality of living. The only pro is its distance to the campus
