The move in process was so easy and Karla from the front office was so helpful! Everyone has been so nice and the apartments are beautiful! I highly recommend these apartments. I am very thankful for Karla’s help. She was the reason the move in felt so seamless and easy!
Pearl Point is an amazing property. It’s quiet, clean and I have great neighbors. Ryanne is always cheerful and helpful. The food trucks are a special bonus! My apartment has the best layout with lots of room.This complex fits in well with the Rockport lifestyle.
This property is very well kept and maintained. We toured other properties and chose this one because it fits in with the Rockport lifestyle. Karla made the whole process very easy for the paperwork and move in. She was very helpful with any questions we had.
What an amazing tour I had with Rosanna Property Manager. Rosanna was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The property is amazing, all the staff was pleasant. I know I am going to be very happy living at Pearl Point.
