Staff in the office is so kind and on top of any needs you have! I feel safe in this neighborhood and have no issue taking my dog on long walks around the complex. Large apartment for the price and very nice unit. I can see my little family and I being very happy here long term!

Great location for new airmen with dependents at Sheppard. clean and great team working to maintain the grounds and buildings. Walking distance from Sheppard and a great pool on the grounds. Sarah in the office is hardworking and willing to go the extra mile for the tenants.

Sarah is the best apartment manager I have ever dealt with. She is very nice and makes sure things get done in a timely manner. If you are having an issue you can always talk to her and she does the best she can to fix the situation! Could not ask for better!!
