Jeannie is amazing! She makes Timber Creek feel like it's own, special community. She loves her property and residents and it shows! If you are looking for the best place to live in Sulphur Springs, stop by and visit Jeannie. You will be happy you did!
Timber Creek is a very clean, well-maintained community. Jeannie, the manager, and their maintenance guys, Phillip & Mark are fabulous and fix things quickly! I highly recommend this community and also The Corners, which is managed by the same staff.
If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would. I've only been here two months and Michelle and Jeanie have been nothing short of amazing! The apartments are beautiful/well kept and is so safe.
We had a really bad experience here and honestly couldn’t get out fast enough. Our A/C was constantly breaking in the summer. We had huge spiders even though our rent was supposed to include pest control no one ever sprayed in the apartment.Snakes on the outside of the apartme…
