I came with a friend looking for a new place and I must say, beautiful townhouse, just 1 level which is nice and different from the normal 2 or 3 levels. Audrey was the very nice agent who gave me my tour and answered all my questions. Very nice quiet area with lots of stores…
My wife and I stopped by this week and met with Audrey. She was very thorough and professional. Although we are not looking to relocate until this summer, this neighborhood is at the top of our list.
Audrey is a gem! You can tell she cares about us and making sure we are taken care of. We like this area because it is relatively quiet and our neighbors are nice.
Nandina is such a beautiful and quiet community. Audrey has been very helpful and professional, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.
Honestly the best part about this rent house is the landscaping is provided here and I don’t have to lift a finger. Audrey in the office is very kind as well.
