Best apartments in Alvin! Management is nice, everything always get taken care of fast and the people that live there are respectful and keep to them selves. Never had an issue with anything (even packages!). VERY safe and clean apartments.
If you want the best this is your place! Best management ever... Ms Debbie is one of a kind and the maintenance staff is on there game . It will be your best apartment experience ever
Got to visit the office for the first time. Really nice layout. Met with the Assistant Manager and was impressed on how they did their job and how they cared for the residents there
The Kenton is a really nice but the manager is exceptional. So friendly and helpful. Debbie makes you feel like a friend and goes out of her way to be helpful. She is amazing.
The most friendly service and best neighborhood around. They hold events almost every week.
