We have been living at Fordham at Baywood for over two years and we love it! The property is kept up nicely and any issues are handled in a timely manner. Nixie, the manager, is over the top the bestest ever! Can’t imagine living anywhere else if you live in an apartment.
Pretty good apartment, like the floorplan. The noise from Genoa Red Bluff is quite irritating at times (a lot). Fairly secure location. Apartment manager was rude to wife. But overall, substantially better than the last apartment complex we were at.
I live in one of the cottages here. I feel safe here and enjoy the neighbors and the activities. Our manager is easy to work with and handles all our questions. I don’t think I could have chosen a better place to live
