Lived here for YEARS with no issues. The management are always tentative and super nice. 10/10 would recommend. As long as you’re respectful, pay your rent, and don’t cause problems, there’s nothing wrong with these apartments. I’ve never really had an issue with any neighbors.
Thank You Lincoln Place for our new ac unit. Maintenance is top notch. Any time we need them, they are on top of it.

This complex is horrible. Run down, terrible management, and there is absolutely no consideration from neighbors. Save yourself the trouble, don't rent here.
